Return & Refund Policy

At PawLuxe, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, here's how returns and refunds work:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return
Contact us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as grooming tools that have been used) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
